The following rates are for self-pay clients:

Insurance Clients

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Insurance Reimbursement

At Healing Cypress, we understand the importance of making mental health services accessible to everyone. If you have a health insurance plan that covers therapy or counseling services, you may be eligible for reimbursement.

We are pleased to offer the option of providing super bills for our clients. A super bill is a detailed invoice that contains all the necessary information your insurance company requires for reimbursement. This includes session dates, service descriptions, and provider details.

How to Request a Super Bill:

If you wish to seek insurance reimbursement, simply contact our office, and we'll be happy to assist you in generating a super bill for your sessions. You can reach us at 305-209-3694 or via our contact form.

Important Note:

Please check with your insurance provider to understand your specific coverage and reimbursement policies. While we strive to support you in the reimbursement process, the approval and reimbursement are ultimately determined by your insurance plan.

PAYMENTS:

I accept cash, checks, Zelle or all major credit cards. At the beginning of each session, your card will be charged.. As a payment option for our sessions, you may keep a credit card on file with me via Ivy Pay, a credit card processing service.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

f you are unable to attend a session, please cancel and reschedule 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.
